Social Science Cool Classmates recognize the main public services and the different people who work in a local community. They understand the role these facilities play in the place they live. They can also demonstrate, individually and as part of a group, the places they consider important in a neighborhood using a model.

To earn the Social Science Cool Classmate badge the student needs to take part in the class project of the Social Science Work Together Bulb Challenge, upload a picture of the model of a neighborhood made by their group and assess their participation on the project.
