Intercultural communication: badge earners have developed their skills to communicate empathically, regardless of their counterpart's nationality, origin, beliefs, and opinions. For Campus B iPBL approach, intercultural communication skill is acquired when the participant understands that the world is an entanglement of different people and communication is the key to the exchange of ideas, teamwork, and conflict resolution.

Critical Thinking: badge earners have demonstrated that the path to create solutions is not arbitrary. Instead, in our iPBL approach, participants are encouraged to raise vital questions, gather relevant information, grasp solutions, test and communicate results effectively. Thus, a critical thinker is open-minded to gather feedback.

Adaptability: in Campus B's iPBL approach, adaptability implies getting out of the comfort zone, and rather than being really good at some particular thing, be really good at learning new things. Adaptability is developed by being open-minded, exposed to new cultures, knowledge, tastes and sounds, and mainly by being open to knowing more about the other.

Global Awareness: badge earners were part of a team with at least 2 different nationalities. Global awareness is a capacity involving the curiosity and empathy for social, environmental, cultural, political and economical issues, and the attitude to skillfully navigate the challenges and opportunities in a way to promote common good.

Personal development: badge earners have expanded personal and professional life through experiential activities, interactions with local students, challenges, case competitions and challenges.
