LSS GREEN BELT CERTIFIED

The Green Belt certification consists of applying the Six Sigma philosophy, methods, and tools to improve our processes reducing variation and increasing quality.
Upon completion of the training, the candidates must apply and evidence the following topics in their projects:
Six Sigma Tools – Define Phase
Six Sigma Tools – Measure Phase
Six Sigma Tools – Analyze Phase
Six Sigma Tools – Improve Phase
Six Sigma Tools – Control Phase
