LSS GREEN BELT TRAINED

Green Belt level training consists of in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma. It consists of understanding the principles and applications of the various Six Sigma tools with the purpose of reduce process variation, increase Quality, and improve customer satisfaction.

Six Sigma Tools – Analyze Phase
Six Sigma Tools – Improve Phase
Six Sigma Tools – Control Phase

Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to:
- Explain the basic concept of Continuous Improvement (CI)
- Apply the DMAIC Methodology to manage CI projects
- Define a project and assess the current state
- Find the root cause(s)
- Implement the solution(s) addressing the root cause
- Validate that the goal has been achieved in a sustainable way
- Utilize the CI tracking system
