USA LSS WHITE BELT

Members with the White Belt certificate have basic experience in managing projects carried out with the DMAIC method and in the application of qualitative techniques and tools of Lean Six Sigma.
This certificate helps the leaders of the organization to assign resources to solve the problems according to the scenario. White Belt certificates are suitable for projects that aim to solve simple or complicated problems of low difficulty, helping to achieve strategic deployment objectives at operational levels.

- Training: conclusion of the White Belt online training;
- Certification project: conclusion of the DMAIC project with the application of the techniques and tools learned in the training, according to the needs of the problem;
- Evidence: project with "Completed" status in EASY, with validated earnings (with at least 3 consecutive months of KPI improvement compared to history) and minimal documentation (one page report) saved in the GPS folder.
