The Yellow Belt certification consists of applying the Lean Manufacturing philosophy, methods, and tools to improve our processes and eliminate wastes.
Upon completion of the training, the candidates must apply and evidence the following topics in their projects:

Lean Tools – Analyze Phase
Lean Tools – Improve Phase
Lean Tools – Control Phase
