USA LSS GREEN BELT

Certified Green Belt members have demonstrated their expertise in managing DMAIC projects and applying Lean Six Sigma techniques and statistical tools.
This certificate helps the leaders of the organization to assign resources to solve the problems according to the scenario. Green Belt certificates are suitable for projects that seek to solve complicated problems of low and medium difficulty, helping to achieve strategic deployment objectives at the operational and tactical levels.

O que é necessário para conquistar este badge

- Training: Minimum participation of 75% in Green Belt training;
- Certification project: completion of a DMAIC project, of low or medium difficulty, with application of the techniques and tools learned in the training, according to the needs of the problem;
- Evidence: project with "Completed" status in EASY, with validated earnings (with at least 3 consecutive months of improvement in KPIs in relation to history) and minimal documentation (one page report) saved in the GPS folder.
