CAC® - Certified Agile Coach

This course aims to develop and improve the techniques and skills used by change agents when guiding projects, teams, and organizations through facilitating meetings and adapting processes, maximizing results for the organization. Through the development of behavioral and technical skills, the CAC® professional will be able to provide deeper support to organizations seeking to plan and execute Organizational Transformation projects.

The program covers 5 areas of knowledge:

1. Leadership, teaching and facilitation
2. Professional coaching
3. Business Agility
4. Agile project and product management
5. Self-knowledge

Training content:

• Coaching – The participant improved their leadership profile, individual and team development, communication techniques, learned and exercised coaching and feedback techniques to improve team performance.

• Agile Leadership – The participant learned leadership concepts and techniques to assess people profiles to make the process of conducting projects even more productive.

• Agile Management – The participant acquired knowledge about agile metrics, as well as the critical success factors for implementation, sustaining operational excellence and Agile Management of Projects and Products.

• Lean Inception - The participant acquired a practical technique for identifying, validating and measuring Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).

• Kanban Method - The participant acquired concepts and techniques for implementing and using the Kanban Method, as well as STATIK, the 8 main process metrics, classes of service, among others.

• Devops and Agile Software Development - The participant was exposed to the concepts of DevOps and practiced with software development projects, so that they can pass this on to their teams.

How can I earn this badge?

Training Certification: To receive the CAC® Certified Agile Coach certificate, it is necessary to complete the workload of 52 online class hours, complete the activities during the training and take an exam of 80 questions with a pass mark of 80%.
