LSS YELLOW BELT TRAINED

Yellow Belt level training consists of in-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. It consists of understanding the principles and applications of the various Lean tools combating waste, adding value, and generating impact on the customer.

Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to:
- Explain the basic concept of Continuous Improvement (CI)
- Apply the DMAIC Methodology to manage CI projects
- Define a project and assess the current state
- Find the root cause(s)
- Implement the solution(s) addressing the root cause
- Validate that the goal has been achieved in a sustainable way
- Utilize the CI tracking system
